Change of Mind Returns If your item is not personalised, you have the legal right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. I am a small business so returns impact me, please think carefully before ordering.
To initiate a return, please email hello@lottieslists.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

You will be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service as refund is only available on receipt.
Please note:
We do not accept returns on personalised items, in line with the legal exemption for customised goods.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email hello@lottieslists.co.uk as soon as possible, including your order number, brief description and photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or full refund once the issue is confirmed.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
